Welcome to the DOSAR Home Page!  This is the home page of our Distributed Organization for Scientific and Academic Research in institutions in the Southern part of the U.S. and the South American Institutional Analysis Centers (IAC's) of D0 and other future high energy experiments auch as ATLAS and CMS, as well as for educational use of grid computing technology.  The primary Regional Analysis Center (RAC) in this region is located at the University of Texas at Arlington.  The RAC equipment went online on Oct. 31, 2003.  The facility has been producing D0 MC events at the rate of 250k - 400k events/week and then reprocessing D0 experimental data.
The member institutions in DOSAR also have also been producing D0 MC events using grid technology since DOSARGrid was activated in April 2004.

Please see our new DOSAR web page.

The last DOSAR workshop was held at Lousiana State University on April 2 and 3, 2009.

We have bi-weekly meetings at 10:30 am - 12:30 pm (US Central Time), Thursdays on "D0 A-Weeks".
