two day workshop is devoted to review progress within the organization
for eastablishing a global grid infrastructure and to set the goals for
the future tasks to integrate the organiztion into more grassroot based
grid organization.

Review current
global grid infrastructure effort

Review the use
of grid infrastructure in HEP data analysis in LHC experiments, notably
ATLAS and CMS

Review the state-based
grid efforts

Review progress
in each member institutions their effort for DOSAR spirit

Set the goals and
milestones for the next 0.5 years to become more active in campus grid
efforts
-
Divide the work
assignments to accomplish the milestone goals
