Starting the meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2009, we will be using EVO for our primary conferencing tool. The specific instruction for the EVO connections for each meeting will be posted on the CALICE TB agenda page for the particular meeting.
While EVO has a telephone bridge connection, if NONE
of the EVO tools work, the meeting will be
conducted through the multi-cast teleconferencing
system at DESY. Here is the instruction for the connection.
